Lotus to introduce all weather tyre for 340R
Lotus Cars are currently planning to release wet weather tyres suitable for the 340R (and the original Elise) Made by Yokohama and having a custom compound for the rear tyres these represent an alternative to the Bridgestone SO2's which were considered to be an alternative option. Planned to be available in May 2001 these tyres should be a welcome alternative for the standard A038R tyres which are fantastic in the dry but do not like standing water.
